Market Participant Portal Help

The Market Participant Portal (MPP) provides single sign on to applications configured to use the California ISO (CAISO) Multi-Application (CMA) digital certificate.  Non-CMA applications require a separate login after selecting the link provided in MPP.  Parties requesting access to any secure CAISO Application must submit a completed Application Access Request Form to CertRequest@caiso.com.

Parties to the Phasor Measurement Data Letter Agreement can download Phasor reference data files by clicking in the check box next to the desired files and selecting the "Download" option below the list of available files.

California ISO notices issued when operating reserves or transmission capacity limitations threaten the ability of the California ISO to safely and reliably operate the grid.  AWE notifications are pulled from the CAISO website at Alerts Warnings and Emergencies.

System Operating Messages - RSS Feed
System Operating Messages are public notices originating from the California ISO Control Room that describe current operational conditions on the transmission grid system.  The System Operating Messages are available to the public at the Open Access Same Time Information System (OASIS) web site.
