SLIC Web Client / API Accurate and complete outage scheduling is vital to reliable operation of the transmission system. SLIC (Scheduling and Logging for the ISO of California) is a web-enabled interface for transmission and generation owners to communicate outage information to the California ISO.

Transmission Outage Reports All transmission outages must be reported to the California ISO with a description of the cause and all remedial actions taken. Information is confidential. Access requires a valid California ISO user certificate.
